Shiraz Ghauri is the Founder and Managing Partner of SKG Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and operations across real estate and hospitality. With experience developing over 80,000 square feet of commercial assets, Shiraz brings deep expertise in identifying opportunities and executing with precision.
In addition to his real estate background, Shiraz has hands-on experience in franchise operations and private equity, giving him a unique perspective on building and scaling consumer-facing businesses. Under his leadership, SKG Capital’s portfolio includes White Oaks on the Bayou, a luxury wedding venue, and exclusive Houston-area development rights for Sweathouz, a premium wellness brand.

Paige Weaster is a Houston native with a deep background in the fitness industry. Prior to joining SKG Capital, she helped expand Orangetheory Fitness across the region, opening new studios and transforming underperforming locations into thriving operations. Her hands-on leadership style, operational expertise, and proven track record of driving growth are now fueling Sweathouz’s rollout in the Houston market.
